The number
Every three seconds a network of independent operators called the League of Entropy publishes one random number to the whole internet. No single one of them can know it early or bend it. This draw was locked to , which landed at .
The names were fixed inside the link before the number existed. Sorted, one per line, each with its seats, they hash to one fingerprint. Change a single letter and the fingerprint changes.
Hash the number, the fingerprint, the words after "for" and the position of the pick, joined by upright bars. Read the result as one huge number and take the remainder after dividing by the seats in the room. Count that many seats down the sorted list. That seat is the name. For a second name, take the first out and repeat with position 2.
